I have never been less than satisfied by thier performance, and ready availability. These cartridges have been indispensible, though costly, and my printing patterns have changed such that I need fewer of them.
The price on the item was good, and the delivery was as slow as it could have been without being longer than promissed. The original product works much better than the no name replacements I have purchased in the past.
I have not found substitute ink cartridges for my printer that are worth using.Amazon.com still carries the real thing and their price, with free shipping, is the best I've found.
It is a good product and I'll order again at this price and quick shipment. The Canon CL-41 cartridge was just what my printer needed.
